HEXA is Asia Pacific’s leading renewable energy platform focused on providing renewable energy and decarbonization solutions to Industrial and Commercial customers. HEXA’s primary solutions include Renewable Energy Open Access (Intra-State and Inter-State Solar and Wind energy solutions), International Renewable Energy Certificates, Distributed Green Hydrogen and Carbon Offset Solutions.

We are a multi-technology platform with existing expertise with diversified technologies such as Ground mount Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Solar-Wind Hybrid, Distributed Green Hydrogen, Aquaculture Solar PV, Floating Solar PV. HEXA has more than 2,500 MW of operational, under-construction and advanced development stage renewable energy projects across India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. I Squared Capital (ISQ), is a Global infrastructure investment manager focused on energy, utilities, telecom and transport, with $ 37 billion of Assets Under Management operating across Americas, Europe and Asia. The fund owns assets that support the energy transition to low carbon sources worldwide. ISQ has owned renewable projects with a cumulative capacity of 5.7 GW with 2.04 GW of solar capacity, 1.25 GW of wind capacity, 2.15 GW of Hydro capacity and 0.29 GW of Biomass capacity. ISQ had earlier invested in Amplus in India and had a successful exit in 2019.
