Sanjeev Aggarwal
Executive Chairman
Sanjeev joined Hexa Climate as Executive Chairman in August 2023.
Prior to joining Hexa Climate, he was Founder, MD and CEO of Amplus Solar (now acquired by Petronas). In his career span of more than 28 years, he has also worked at AES and Crisil across a number of senior management roles.
Sanjeev is a 1995 batch qualified MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He received the FICCI young leaders award in 2013 and was featured in Finance – Monthly global CEO awards in 2016. He has been chosen as one of the 100 most powerful Solar Business Leaders in the Indian PV Market and has also featured in the Power100 map of year 2019 at the Solar Quarter’s 3rd Edition of Powerful Solar Business Leaders.
Anil Bhat
Director - Business Growth
Anil is Director of Growth at Hexa Climate and is responsible for leading go-to-market which includes sales, partnership alliances, marketing and customer success.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience with high-growth markets, partner ecosystem, recruiting, hiring and building high-performing teams with strong engagement, trust and retention, Anil will be instrumental in driving HEXA Climate’s growth.
Nitin Mittal
Head - Commercial and M&A
Nitin specializes incorporate finance, commercial-legal negotiations, documentation, transaction structuring. He has successfully raised over $3 billion through multiple transactions involving PE fund raise, corporate bonds, strategic/financial partnerships, asset divestment.
Before Hexa Climate, Nitin has worked with leading organizations like Samsung, Actis, Tata Group, ACME Group, and Hindustan Power.
Nitin is 2006 batch Chartered Accountant and L2 CFA.
Aditya Goyal
Head - Finance & Accounts
Aditya Goyal is Head of Finance & Accounts at Hexa Climate and brings with him 13 years of rich experience, primarily in the Power Sector, Education and Real estate industries.
Aditya is specialized in financial planning, treasury management, taxation, structuring, compliance, due diligence and developing & mentoring of high-performance teams. Before Hexa Climate, Aditya worked with Myclassroom as Finance Head and Amplus Solar as Vice President Finance.
Aditya is a 2010 batch qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
Mayank Bhardwaj
VP - Legal
Mayank leads the Legal Team at Hexa Climate.
Mayank brings with himself a calm and humble personality. He is a legal practitioner with domain specialization in infrastructure, energy, and building construction sectors.
With over 12 years of distinguished experience, Mayank has expertly advised on high-value transactions and intricate legal matters for both national/ international organizations. Before joining Hexa, he honed his expertise at Sunsure Energy, Vena Energy, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and HSA Advocates.
Ojasvi Gupta
SVP - Project Development
Ojasvi is Senior Vice President at Hexa Climate and leads the Project Development, which includes conceptualizing, structuring, developing and contracting. Ojasvi has over 25 years of experience in field of energy sector including renewable energy and energy transition in various geographies including South East Asia market, North America, Middle East and South Asia.
Ojasvi has specialization in project development, contracting, investment banking and project & transaction structuring. He has worked with L&T, SBI Capital Markets and Government of Bhutan and Amplus. Ojasvi Gupta is post graduate power engineer from NIT Bhopal and have specialized training / courses in finance and private sector development.
Ankur Gupta
Head - New Products & Technology
Ankur is Head of New Products and Technology at Hexa Climate Solutions and is responsible for bringing new low carbon solutions for clients’ varying needs and also for integrating the power of data and digital into Hexa’s operations.
Ankur has more than 9 years of experience in building and implementing technology products across the renewables and financial services industries. Before joining Hexa, Ankur worked with Amplus as a VP for Digital and new age solutions. Ankur hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Vidhi Khabya
Senior Manager - BD
Vidhi is part of our BD & Sales Team. She holds deep sector experience in conventional and non-conventional energy, with skillset in Operations, Policy Advocacy, CTM and Project Execution. Prior to joining Hexa Climate, she drove foreign investments in energy projects at Invest India. She also worked with Vedanta Ltd in digital transformation, power trading, evacuation monitoring, power security and cost optimization domains.
Vidhi holds an MBA from IIM Shillong and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from SCSITS, Indore.
Manoj Goyal
VP - Engineering
Manoj Goyal is Vice President at Hexa Climate and leads the Design & Engineering, which includes Design conceptualization, Technology selection, Technical specifications development, Details engineering, Review engineering, Evacuation Scheme & Equipment selection, EPC selection and technical closure. Manoj has over 18 years of experience in field of Power Transmission & Renewable Energy sector in various Indian and International locations.
Manoj has specialization in designing of ultra mega size renewable projects, EHV Power Transmission & distribution, Grid regulations, Solar & Wind project design & Engineering. He has worked with KEC International, TCE, Lahmeyer, SNC Lavalin, ACME Cleantech, Azure Power & Sembcorp.
Manoj Goyal is post graduate in Power & Control from IIT Kanpur.
Nitin Garg
DVP - Construction & Project Execution
Nitin is Associate Vice President – Projects at Hexa Climate, is a key figure in Project Delivery leadership. With an impressive career spanning over 17+ years in project delivery, Nitin possesses extensive experience in Solar, Thermal Power, and Infrastructure domains.
He has showcased outstanding skills in overcoming challenges, making strategic decisions, and instilling a culture of excellence in project delivery. He has played pivotal roles in renowned organizations such as Adani Green Energy, Amplus Solar (a subsidiary of Gentari, PETRONAS Group), Su-Kam, HSIL Ltd, Lanco, and RSWM Ltd.
Nitin holds Executive MBA in International Business from IIFT Delhi, B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from HCET Jabalpur, and certified project management professional with PMP® & Prince2® credentials
Naveen Arora
VP - Procurement
Naveen is Vice President at Hexa Climate and leads the Procurement department, which is responsible for Contract negotiation and finalisation, Supply chain management and Vendor relationship management. Naveen has over 17 years of experience in field of Renewable energy including Solar, Wind and Hydro Power.
Naveen has specialization in strategic sourcing, project procurement, contracting, Risk management, stakeholder management and business process development. He has worked with Voith Hydro, Inox Wind, Amplus Solar (subsidiary of Gentari , PETRONAS Group).
Naveen Arora is graduate in mechanical engineering from CITM, MDU Rohtak and perusing CPSM from Institute of Supply Management, USA.
Arpit Jain
Chief of Staff

Working directly with the Chairman, Arpit handles diverse responsibilities in the Founder’s Office, ranging from Investor’s Relations, Business Strategy, Development Projects, Digitization & AI, Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Pitch Decks, and Hiring.
He brings with himself a rich experience of 8 years spreading over manufacturing, power & consulting sector. Having worked with leading brands such as Maruti, Suzuki Japan & McKinsey & Co., Arpit is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history of working in the fast-paced corporate world.
Arpit holds an Full-Time MBA from IIM Kozhikode and B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.
Saurabh Kr. Pandey
AGM - Regulatory
Saurabh looks into Regulatory profile. He has over 10 years of professional experience with experience in the field of energy sector not limited to solar, wind, Hybrid with or without storage projects.
He has specialization in regulatory, project development, contracting, debt disbursement, bidding, and tendering etc. He has worked with ReNew Power, Tata consultancy services, and Manikaran Power Limited.
Saurabh is an engineer and has completed his post-graduation in Power Management from NPTI, Faridabad
Alok Verma
VP-Project Development
Alok is a management professional with over 14 years of work experience in Renewable Industry with functional exposure in Business Development, Project Development, contracts, New Energy Markets, Power Trading and Sales, Policy Advocacy and Regulatory Affairs.
He has worked with Amplus, SunEdison and Hero Future Energies before joining Hexa.
Alok is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from UP Technical University and holds a Master’s degree in Power Management from the UPES.
Rachit Verma
SVP - Net Zero Enabler
Rachit leads Net-Zero Enabler and Carbon Solutions Group at Hexa. Rachit has over 21 years of experience in consulting, business development, sourcing, program management and business operations in Carbon, RE, Infrastructure and Climate Change domains.
Prior to joining Hexa, Rachit led a team of specialists on sourcing of carbon offsets and evaluating carbon-backed investments in collaboration with social enterprises, NGOs & Corporates at Emergent Ventures India (EVI). Before EVI, Rachit has worked with ICRA Analytics and Wipro Ltd. across multiple leadership roles. Rachit is an Electronics Engineer from Shivaji University and a Graduate from IIM Lucknow.
Vageesh Gupta
SMGR - Net-Zero & Carbon Offset
Vageesh is part of net-zero & carbon offset group at Hexa Climate. He has an expertise in building products from scratch, unleashing growth via quick and efficient ways. Vageesh is great at building professional relationships, handling negotiations and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Before Hexa Climate, Vageesh worked with myclassroom leading growth initiatives there, co-founded a startup in the Influencer Marketing space and handled business at Amplus Solar. Vageesh has 6+ years of experience in handling business across Renewables, Martech and Edtech. Vageesh holds an undergraduate degree from IIT Delhi
Mitesh Chaudhary
VP - BD
Mitesh has joined Hexa in Business Development. He has a strong understanding of technical, commercial, regulatory and legal aspects of the Renewable Energy business.
Mitesh is hands down when it comes to helping corporates reduce their carbon footprint by structuring opex deals to supply power from onsite solar solution, offsite open access solution – Intra-state and Interstate and through iREC based/VPPA like agreements. Throughout his decade-long career he has engaged with various large C&I clients and continues to do so even today.
Prior to Hexa, his significant roles were at CleanMax and Vibrant energy where he developed many large corporate accounts.
Rajiv Bana
VP - QEHS
Rajiv leads QEHS function which includes Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety aspects of Business operations. Rajiv has over 18 years of experience in field of RE (Solar, Wind, Hydro), Manufacturing and New Energy Business including Green Hydrogen/Methanol.
He has previously worked with Enercon, Andritz Hydro, Alstom, Renew, SB Energy and Jakson Green. Rajiv is graduate in Electrical Engineering from MDU Rohtak and Completed MS in Quality Management (work integrated course) from BITS Pilani.
Pratishtha Singh
AVP - Legal
Pratishtha is an experienced legal professional specializing in contract negotiations, renewable energy, and legal risk management, with expertise in both Indian and international markets. She holds an LL.M. from Stanford Law School, with a focus on Environmental Law and Policy and LL.B. from CLC, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
Over the years, Pratishtha has made her mark in diverse sectors spanning roles in law firms, government agencies, and multinational corporations in sectors such as energy, environmental law, climate change, intellectual property and policy making having worked at Mason & Associates, Amplus Energy Solutions (PETRONAS Group), National Green Tribunal, and Enviro Legal Defence Firm.
